A. You can Start with slow pace exercises like walking. If u had c section after six months, consult with your doctor once and if the doctor confirms the internal stitches should have healed then you can start exercising. Do not lift heavy weights or bend down or sit down or have intercourse or do anything that will strain ur stitches before u complete six months. Though the external stitches could have healed, the internal stitches will take around six months to heal completely. Try to wear maternity belt as much as possible and when u travel. This will help to keep the stitches intact.
