Hello ma’am Give completed 6 to 8 months of your delivery and your stitches are completely healed so first you need to consult your gynaecologist if she gives you a thumbs up to go for an exercise and from now onwards you can go for any kind of an exercise and you can take a diet from a dietician in order to lose down your weight properly and proportionately
