after how many months of C-section can we start workout?

A. after 6 momth atleast. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. Have healthy diet. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. gd.

A. Hi mom It is advised to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can start with yoga cycling jogging dance gym etc as per ur comfort level.. This will help to shed extra kilos from the body.
