can i start workout after 4months of c-section...workout like running, zumba,etc

A. only walk till six months. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios tooCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

A. Hi mom It is advised to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. u can start earlier by consulting your gynecologist for the same. Exclusive breast feed ur baby till six months. Take care and all the best
