I understand mam the doctors are not available but you are a C-section 1+ feeding a child we don’t recommend you to use medicines you can talk to your doctor over a phone call you can message them you can get a response from them but the medicines cannot be suggested like this for home remedy you can take ginger juice mix with honey and pinch of black pepper you can take steam that will also be quite helpful
