give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.
use cow milk

as your child is one year old, cow milk is best
you can offer cow's A2 milk to your child
it is safe and easily digestible
but as you are introducing it first time, offer it in very small quantity and check whether your child is allergic to it or not
