Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalation would be beneficial .
Medicines like sinarest/wiikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .

So You should consult your doctor for medication you have not mentioned the age of your child but it seems like your child is newborn newborn and suffering with cold you can see drops into the nose of your child for easy breathing apart from that it would be important for you to consult your doctor ones
