This can occur due to weather changes or simple cold
kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and try to prevent temperature variations on the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

Indirect steam to the child regularly that is going to help also you can give medicine to the child after consulting your doctor because it would completely depend on the severity of the infection that the child is having said the doctor would be able to give you advice on with the correct medicine
