A. hi first , please wait atleast 6 months after delivery after 6 months of delivery ,you can start doing exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, walking, abdominal crunches, flutter kicks, etc till that you can go for daily walk around 10 to 15 minutes. avoid using vehicles for short distance.
