SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl10 months agoA. Breast milk few drops can be helpful for the dry eyes. This may be continued for few days. If required you may contact nearby eye specialist doctors, he may advise after proper examination whether any drops required for the baby for dry eyes.
