#AskTheExpert mam i have very irregular periods. I have to to eat progesterone tablet every month to bring my periods. I have pcod please suggest me some tonic.

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. hormonal supplements are not an answer because you will get your periods even only if you have those tablets and after few days you will get the withdrawal bleeding so better consult with the doctor in Ayurveda personally/ video consultation for a proper cure that does not rely on hormonal tablets only
