#AskTheExpert I'm in 31 week of pregnancy feeling stomach tightness & getting relaxed after some time automatically.Is it normal or anything serious?

It could be the Braxton Hicks contractions that you are experiencing and it is absolutely normal to get them.
Also check your amniotic fluid levels as that might also trigger

take Healthy diet
