ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 8 months agoA. tightness in upper abdomen is mostly due to gas in stomach . so try daily walking and do vajrasan after meals . eat less qty of food but more frequently

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 4 m old boy8 months agoA. Hai good evening !! Tightness in tummy happens in pregnancy. Check if you having any caffiene coffee,tea sometimes cause tightness in tummy . If you feel tightness outside tummy its normal in 4-5 months as foetus size increases tummy will be tight and you will observe increase in size.
