#asktheexpert I'm cesarean patient how I can reduce my belly it's look like 6 to 7 month baby I have in my tummy...please help me out...

A. exercise like power yoga n gym. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
