Hi, I am having twin's baby after my cesarean belly not reduce ND also weight increase give me solution for tummy reduce

please include green tea instead of coffee and tea
please take one bowl of salad before taking meals
please do some exercise and yog for one hour daily
please avoid all packed food and cold drink
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug instant senitizer
