Sarika guptaMom of 2 children5 years agoA. hello there ma'am hair fall after the pregnancy is very common. please massage your hair with almond oil twice a week. clear it with amla, reetha and shikakai. also hve more rich fiber and proteins diet. also add amla in your daily diet. take care
