1.Eat balanced diet including fruits vegetables and protein and dry fruits and dairy products.

5.Avoid shampoos and contdtioners with harsh chemicals, avoid heat for hair styling.
6.Massage your scalp with coconut oil.
7.Ask your doctor for supplements.

You should consult a dermatologist regarding this disease are very common after delivery so consultant dermatologist for home remedies I would advise you to apply onion juice into your scalp gently massage keep it for half an hour and watch it do it at least three times in a week
