during pregnancy my hair was smooth with zero hairfall. but now after delivery I am having excessive hairfall. How to prevent it?

I would just say that postpartum hair loss is completely normal and common so you follow a proper hair care routine as you were following previously just add either you apply onion juice onto the the scalp and do your scalp three times in a week and then you keep it for half an hour otherwise you can go ahead with using an onion and coconut Oil which you can order online are you going to bed at home
