It’s all normal and common after delivery
No need to worry
Take a good care
Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food stay hydrated
Take almonds and cucumbers
Wash hairs often with chemicals free shampoo
Massage regularly with coconut oil
Heat oil before using it
Apply onion paste regularly
