#AskTheExpert I am 5 and half month postpartum c section . I have been already doing brisk walking .can I start dancing and running now ?

A. better to avoid hard exercisesOnly way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hello dear parent, yes you can start with simple exercises. And for dancing also you can start with simple steps. Do not exhert yourself in one day. Go slow and slowly increase the intensity. Eat well and healthy. Drink lots of water. Good luck and take care
