#after c section delivery when we start running and dancing

A. Have healthy diet. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routine. You can also do Yoga, Swimming and Aqua aerobics, Cycling.

A. good morning I would recommend you to make sure that you try to avoid any kind of activity for around 6 to 7 months after the delivery after that if your comfortable you can start by doing light activities
