can I eat crabs after C-section delivery... please tell... present 4th month running.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please take healthy and home cooked food. Avoid maida and oily food. You can take healthy carbs and only freshly cooked food. Drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for health.
