my c section finished 18months can I do skipping, brisk walk?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. yes now you can do all. Mother feeding should be exclusively till 6 month of ageif possible. If not possible then milk formula should be given with proper dilution . After 6 month can start with top feed along with cow milk .
