Hi my baby girl is 22 days old now
she got small pimples on face and over body like prickly heat bumps.

we are using teddibar soap and Himalaya powder and massage oil
starting used Himalaya soap and after doctor advise using teddibar since 1week

Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation &&.  The purpose of giving a gentle massage to your baby you can make use of any natural oil like coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil, sesame oil which ever you wish to.
 the massage should be given in a very gentle manner that relaxes your baby and puts him to a better sleep
