#asktheexpert hello sir.. my baby is 4 months 18 days old.. she has lactose intolerance so I'm giving her 2 drops of lactase per feed.. till how many days I should follow this?? and is it safe for baby or has side effects??

Namaste Mom, In such cases, milk and milk related products have to avoided, as she is still small , you may opt for lactose free formula milk, and later plant source milk can be given such as soya milk, coconut milk and later from age of 1 almond, cashew milk can be used,
