You can exercise daily for 45 minutes & also follow calorie controlled paln to lose weight.
Avoid sugar, sweets, junk foods, fried foods
Try to include lot of Vegetables, salads, pulses, low fat milk, low fat paneer , egg white in your meals
Include seasonal fruits & nuts in moderation
Drink enough water

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Be physically active as much as possible.
