#asktheexperts hello, i am 37 years old with 2 kids now past 1 year i am having irregular periods and weight gain with no oily fatty food.also have too much dandruff and hairfall. kindly please guide me.

I think your hormones are disturbed and there could be a possibility of PCOD and PCOS issues also and sometimes some women can actually examine early menopause and you do that also you can have these kind of symptoms plus hot flashes and also best is to consult your gynaecologist once
