A. Hi To lose weight, focus on lean protein rich foods like dal, sprouts, skim milk, egg whites, low fat paneer, Include Vegetables, fruits & nuts. Drink plenty of water & sleep well

See If you believe that the both the things are connected to each other than that would be mostly due to PCOD issue is because in that case we can also increase and the periods are really abnormal so in that case you’ll have to consult your doctor and go for a scan with which will come to know as to what is the right reason and what is the current status
