askexpert hi my baby stool is very watery and he is temperature is 37℃ he is not taking well breastfeed we can't go to hospital because corona situation plz tell me any suggestions

A. you should give exclusive breastfeeding to the baby till 6 months of age of the baby is having hard motions and constipation give bonnisan drops rest you can discuss with your doctor
