it is important that you should maintain hygiene of this skin and do not apply any type of cream or lotion which might aggravate the condition so a medical examination will be required. d
you can apply antibacterial cream that is t-bact three times per day and then meet your doctor.

It is some kind of an allergy the child is having you should get it examined with a dermatologist it could be associated with whether change of blood or anything once the figure figure out the correct allergy and reason behind it or treatment can be suggested accordingly
