Worst return policy. Couple of days got message that return pickup will be done but courier guy did not come so I called him and he said he will come and take the return the same day itself but he did not come. Now I'm trying to dial customer care but the number beeps not working. Is firstcry only responsible to deliver products? Now what should I do how to handle this issue?Also Initially I faced same issue after calling multiple number of times to customer care my product got returned. If I purchase anything from firstcry should I always call customer care multiple times for the return. Please give suggestions?
