why post paridal sugar test to be done after 2hrs why cant it be done within a hour or after 3hours

After eating and in a gap of two hours sugar level gets in a accurate parameter so you have to go through the test only after two hours otherwise the para metres will not be accurate. And doctors want to consider both fasting and after eating para metres
