Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. due to gas it is very important that after giving milk to the child you should keep the child in upright position and do burping for 15 to 20 minutesx. do not keep the child back on the bed after 1 burping because if the gas is not removed properly it will lead to colic pain and more hiccups
