Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr old girl4 years agoA. hi because after pregnancy , we lost so many nutrients and our body goes though many changes so please take enough sleep. take Healthy and nutritious diet which provides essential nutrients and energy too keep your self well hydrated avoid drinking RO water take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
