white spot type rashes on diaper area of my baby I think it's due to diaper..how can I treat it..when I hold my baby on arm for long time the white rash become red after some time it comes back to white spot...what does that mean..??

Change diaper frequently every 4-5 hours of intervals wash area often with lukewarm water keep diaper free time in daytime apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily diaper rash cream regularly everytime you change diaper
Usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free
