which size post maternity belt should I buy if waist size is 30, is there small or medium size in FirstCry?

You should buy according to your waist only if your waist is 30 you can take 32 because it has a Velcro so you can adjust it accordingly so this is how you’re supposed to buy the right size of the belt whether First Cry has available or not that you can check in the shopping section
