Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good evening !! Until 6 months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested,.as baby is just 3 months old continue breast milk ,in case of low lactation then start formula milk. From 6 month onwards start semi solid foods ,fluids,water .
