what should mother eat after normal delivery?

A. hi mother must take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet. she should prefer easily digestible food items more. like green leafy vegetables, fruits more she should drink plenty of water and if gynecologist permit ,she should go for daily walk the more she stay active ,the more chances are there for normal delivery.
