what should I eat to increase my breast milk?

A. hi. My doctor gave me a powder(LACTOGENIC GRANULES) . it's yummy and works very faster.. I was told to mix 2 teaspoon of powder with milk 2 times a day.
I drink it only when I feel milk Is lesser. just 1 Time a day and it works.
