Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhanas, jeera, saunf in your diet to increase breastmilk supply. Make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. If required please consult a lactation expert for further advice. Good luck and take care.
