You should eat properly whatever you want to eat only eat healthy home-made food include more of fibre and liquids into your everyday diet and good amount of proteins apart from that also I would recommend it to avoid eating any kind of junk food and take proper rest don’t do any lifting or any kind of more of physical work just take rest at least 30 to 40 days
