ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well no sex n no stress till six weeks ok. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress
