#asktheexperts Is it true that climbing steps after c section cause hernia ? What precautions need to be taken after a c section ?

Nothing like that if you do it in moderation if you have to do it then you should do it it just interfere with the stitches it has got no connection with hernia as such but yes if you do too much of climbing up and down it’s going to affect your health overall nothing else
