Q.

what precautions need to take in 5 months pregnancy while train travel. I'm planning to go to my maternal home this month and my journey is almost 30hrs. please suggest

A. there is no direct flight and I'm in the south and my hometown is in North .. the only safe option is direct train in which I'm comfortable but yes I'm also worried about washroom condition and food availability.

A. Is it really important for you to go I mean please don’t mind me asking for saying that 30 hours is really very long the dirty washroom and all you know you using them on my more concerned because this way you can actually get an infection over your vaginal area like urine infection of vaginal infection because a very dirty and lost you have to have home-cooked food only so will you be able to take something that you can work on with 30 hours you know so you have to be very cautious with all these things so take an advice with your gynaecologist before you take your decision
