what kind of exercise should we do in 2nd trimester?

A. Hello dear parent to be, you can do very simple exercises like go for a walk and slow walk is also good for you. As you should not exhert yourself. Also do little bit of aerobics. But it would be enter to consult with your gynaecologist once before performing any aerobics. As all these depends upon your health.
