A. Hello there ma’am. You can start doing exercise in the second trimester. No problem in that. You should do the exercise only under a professional teacher and should not do it on your own. You can also refer to YouTube on the second trimester pregnancy exercises, which you can follow. Please take healthy food items, including fresh fruits and dry fruits and continue with the supplements at suggested by your gynaecologist. Thanks and take care
