what is this?I am applying himalaya lotion on it but it is not disappearing

although from your description,
please dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes.
apply thin layer of baby soothing Calamine lotion on it.
keep your child well hydrated
avoid using soap while bathing your child.
don't give bath for more than 10 minutes.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
maintain good hygiene.
