Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. usually it is not required by such a small child because it will cause more sensitive and dry skin and for small children it is advisable to go for moisturising lotion application and yes if the child is irritable and sensitive to it it can lead to black colour skin
