My child is getting red rashes on his face. I am applying Himalaya body lotion on his face and also using Himalaya soap. Sometimes they appear on his face and sometimes they don't. What should I do?

it might be allergic,
hokd using any of tge lotion or creans on his skin.
and swich to tedy bar baby soap for cleaning purpose.
