A. hi mom it is aberrant right sub clarion artery in the fetus it is a soft tissue marker for chromosomal aneuploidy in fetus so u need to consult with the doctor for proper examination and advise regarding this

Q. #AskTheExpert hi I am in my 9th month of pregnancy currently in my 5th month anmoly scan and dual marker test reports were all ok.. however in a later scan a condition called arsa was detected I.e Aberrant right subclavian artery (ARSA) is the most common congenital abnormality of the aortic arch [1-6]. In ARSA, the right aortic arch regresses between the right common carotid and right subclavian arteries, instead of being distal to them. could this be of any issue to child post birth.?
